Catering Policy

Booking
We usually do not book events more than 6 months in advance. The event date will be confirmed when your deposit is received.

Deposits
A deposit of 25% of the total charges is due within seven (7) calendar days of booking the event. The full amount of the deposit will be applied to the final bill. If the event is cancelled more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event date, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded. Events cancelled beween thirty (30) days and seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date will result in a 50% refund of the deposit. Deposits will not be refunded if the event is cancelled less than seven (7) days from the scheduled date.

Guarantees
A guaranteed guest count or number of meals is required seven (7) calendar days prior to the date of the event. Client will be responsible for payment based on this number plus any set-up fees, if applicable. Eddie’s BBQ and Catering will prepare for and accommodate 5% over the guaranteed guest count. All details will be considered final seven (7) days prior to the event.

Payment
Final payment less amount of deposit will be due in full upon delivery.
